1. Who we are

Paystack, our payment gateway, for processing payments, subscription billing, fraud prevention, and related financial compliance.
Hosting, database, analytics, email, and AI subprocessors that operate the platform.
Professional advisers (legal, accounting) under confidentiality.
Authorities where required by applicable law.

5. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations (including tax and accounting), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law (including the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the UK GDPR / EU GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to processing, and to withdraw consent.
