30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on Voltforms purchases and subscription payments. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us directly with your order details and we will process the refund through our payment provider, Paystack:

• Email us at office@maece.tech with your order reference and the email address used for the purchase.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paystack, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. Refunds for subscription renewals are handled under the 30-day window described above.

Refunds outside 30 days

Refund requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable consumer protection law.
