Terms of Service — Voltforms

1. Who we are

Voltforms is operated by M.A ECE Consultations LTD ("we", "us", "our"), a company providing NERC Nigeria-aligned electrical engineering document templates. By using the Voltforms website or services, you ("you", "user") agree to these Terms.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account, generating a template, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. The service

Voltforms generates electrical engineering and project document templates aligned with Nigerian regulatory references. Templates are educational and starting-point materials only — they are not legal, engineering, or professional advice, and must be reviewed and adapted by a qualified professional before use on any project.

4. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be of legal age and have authority to bind any organisation you sign up on behalf of.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
infringing intellectual property or other rights;
probing, scanning, or interfering with the security of the service;
scraping, reverse engineering, or attempting to circumvent technical limits;
reselling or redistributing the service without our written consent.

6. Payments, subscriptions, and reseller

Payments are processed by Paystack, our payment gateway provider. M.A ECE Consultations LTD is the seller of record and is responsible for the products, customer service, billing, and refunds. By completing a purchase you also agree to Paystack's applicable terms with respect to payment processing.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account, or by contacting us at office@maece.tech.

7. Intellectual property

The Voltforms software, branding, template structures, and documentation are owned by M.A ECE Consultations LTD. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use generated templates for your own projects. You may not redistribute the underlying templates as a competing product.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
